llo Dear One,
If you have worked with me in a coaching session you
know how frequently I talk about the need to love
yourself in order to experience more love in your
relationships.
Many of you ask "But HOW do I do that?"
Try this experiment today and notice how you feel:
Throughout the day, whenever you remember (you may want to have a little sticky note or talisman to give you a visual reminder), as you are doing whatever it is you may be doing in the moment,
1) Be aware of the area around your heart, in the center of your chest. Keep your eyes open so if you are interacting with someone, you stay with them.
2) Surrender to the love that flows through you freely when you don't have your barriers and blocks to it up. Allow them to back down and dissolve for as long as you can.
3) Be in that surrender to love, undefended with your blocks and barriers down, and know that you are safe. (If there is a REAL physical threat, your love will help you get to safety Faster in this state).
4) Notice how you feel in this moment when you are just flowing Love, instead of fear or defense or control.
There is so much power in this space of connectedness
with your higher self.
Notice how your interactions with others improves
when you are in this loving, undefended state. (Remember,
if it is not REALLY safe for you physically, your love
for yourself will get you out of there and in to a safe
place FASTER than if you are trying to control, please,
or defend).
You can start to more freely love whatever is before
you now and at at the same time, you can more freely
love what is arising in you.
Please let me know what this experience is like for
you and if you can describe it, I welcome your
feedback!
